Hi, my name is James Kirby my main passions are Mountain Biking, Design and Photography!
I have been photographing since early 2004. Early on the majority of the photos I took were at mountain biking events, mainly because I love mountain biking myself and found that it was an opportunity not to be missed. In the past few years I have been involved in the Adventure Race scene, which has taken me all over the north of England and into a few caves on the larger events!
My love of photography is driven by exploration of the beautiful outdoors, meeting of new people and capturing to moments of racers as they race around courses designed to test there mental and physical skills to their limits.
Recently I have been involved in more projects. Here are just a few examples: Guest House Rooms, Cataloguing Artwork and much more.
SCK Photography and SCK Web Works have set up in partnership with two friends of mine to fulfill a demand in the north west of England.
